Processing Time
- Our made-to-order items are handcrafted with precision and care.
- Production time varies depending on the item, typically ranging from 5-7 days before shipping.
Custom Orders
- Custom requests, including size, color, and personalization, are accepted for select products.
- Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Payment & Pricing
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
- Prices may vary based on customization and material availability.
Shipping & Delivery
- After production, items are shipped via our standard shipping partners.
- Estimated delivery time varies depending on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
- As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and cancellations will not be accepted.
- Refunds are only issued in cases of damage or errors on our part.
